Organization Impossible is an outreach program of BKM that was designed to help get your organization tuned up and functioning better.
Is your organization running and stable? Do you think that your business practices and systems are top notch? Well then, take the Black Knight 'Organization Impossible' Challenge.
Your organization will be undergo an assessment of its performance, practices and systems. This assessment will determine your organization's health, functionality and sustainability. It will also identify deficiencies and gaps for improvement. BKM and your organization will execute a transformation plan to correct deficiencies and get your organization functioning better than before and for long term competitiveness and sustainability.
Should you meet the transformation requirements and long term success plan, your organization becomes Black Knight Approved, which entails periodic check ups and readjustment and inclusion within the Black Knight Network. High performing organizations should be able to pass the Black Knight assessment and be Approved without further corrective action or transformation.
This challenge applies to organizations of all shapes and sizes.
Since improvement is an equal opportunity offender, the challenge also applies to smaller parts of organizations as well. This may be a singular branch, department, division or other sub-unit of the main business, company or enterprise. Undertaking a smaller assessment is a good introductory measure for those who may be a little afraid or feel not quite prepared for a full organizational assessment.
