Shawn is an enterprise architect and inquisitor who consults, researches,
speaks, teaches and writes about enterprise and performance management.

Shawn is a member of the American Society for Quality and holds certifications as a Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt.  Dedicated to helping organizations improve and prosper, Shawn is also a member of the President's Action Council of the Lincoln Foundation for Performance Excellence in Illinois, served as a judge for ASQ's International Team Excellence Awards in 2009 and is currently serving as a Lincoln Award (IL state quality award) examiner.

Shawn has an eclectic educational background across multiple disciplines.  This diversity and breadth of knowledge has helped to shape and hone his skills to serve you better.  Shawn holds an bachelor degree in Art and History from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL; a Master Herbalist and Doctorate in Naturopathy from the Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, IN and is currently writing his thesis related to Six Sigma for a Master of Science with the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO.  Current research interests include enterprise architecture and ongoing studies in quality, Six Sigma, the Baldridge criteria and the integration of metaphysical and spiritual concepts to the business world.
