Shawn is a consultant, evangelist and researcher who investigates, speaks, teaches and writes about business, industry, holistic health and management.
Shawn is a member of the American Society for Quality and holds certifications as a Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt.  Dedicated to helping organizations and improve and prosper, Shawn has served as a Judge for ASQ's International Team Excellence Awards and served as an Examiner for the Illinois Performance Excellence Award (the IL Baldridge based award).

Shawn has an eclectic educational background across multiple disciplines.  This breadth of knowledge and diversity help him to serve you better.  Shawn holds an Bachelors degree in Art and History from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL (1996); a Master Herbalist and Doctorate in Naturopathy from the Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, IN (1996); a Doctorate of Divinity from the American Institute of Holistic Theology in Birmingham, AL (1997) and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO (2011). 

Research interests include enterprise engineering, industrial and organizational psychology, performance and team excellence (Baldridge and ITEA Criteria), motivational speaking and preaching and integrating spiritual concepts in the business world.
